Reliability Programs Manager

Lead Reliability Programs aimed at developing and delivering new products
Develop new test methods with emphasis on retained strength
Understand and solve technical issues removing barriers that enable adoption of new products

Qualification

Mechanical EngineeringDigital Image CorrelationStatisticsMinitabFracture AnalysisFailure Mode AnalysisSupervisory ExperienceManufacturing Industry ExperienceGlass Experience

Required

Minimum Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanics, such as Digital Image Correlation (DIC) for stress and strain analysis
Previous supervisory experience
Proficiency in statistics
Experience with Minitab or JMP

Preferred

Previous Manufacturing Industry Experience
Glass Experience
Fracture Analysis / Fractography
Failure Mode Analysis
