Responsibilities
Process pipeline requests in accordance with established policies and service-level expectations
Monitor Lock Desk dashboards for lock exception and change requests, applying accurate and compliant pricing adjustments as required
Oversee new seller onboarding with pricing vendors and maintain seller-specific overlays across multiple systems to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency
Manage seller data across our vast network utilizing CRM platform
Validate pricing and eligibility as part of our purchase process
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in loan pricing, eligibility and secondary marketing
Knowledgeable in the loan origination and fulfillment process
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize accordingly
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with Senior Management regarding the progress and results of projects and initiatives
Ability to identify material defects and troubleshoot accordingly
Ability to work effectively under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline driven projects
Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX on-site four days a week
