Responsibilities
Participate in the month-end close process for all subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Assist in the post-merger integration of accounting functions, accounts payable (A/P), and payroll
Maintain day-to-day relationships with banking partners and report on daily cash positions
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations including leasing and fixed assets
Work closely with FP&A to help manage special project actuals and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of experience
Thrives in an ever-evolving environment for high-growth businesses
Proven full cycle general ledger experience, including month-end close and financial reporting
Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively
A high degree of initiative, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in lease accounting is a plus
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is preferred
