Create, develop, implement, and deploy training and development programs to improve productivity of Staff
Use various tools & methods to assess training needs & effectiveness
Stay up to date on the latest trends in employee training & development making recommendations as they apply
Partner closely with Management and Subject Matter Experts to identify developmental needs to drive training initiatives
Qualification
Required
High-school diploma or GED and 7 years applicable work experience in Education, Training, or related field
2-year degree in Education, Training, or related field and 5 years applicable work experience
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field and 3 years applicable work experience
1-year applicable experience in curriculum development and/or training
Proficiency in MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Preferred
ATD Certification
