Placer County is seeking a seasoned HR professional for their Human Resources Department. The Senior Human Resources Analyst will provide management-level support, oversee a team, and partner with department heads on complex HR matters.

Responsibilities
Provide management-level human resources support to assigned County departments
Responsible for a broad range of professional HR functions, including recruitment planning and examinations, classification and compensation studies, employee relations, and serving as a primary point of contact for human resources guidance
Oversee a team providing comprehensive HR support and partner with department heads, elected officials, and executive leadership on complex and sensitive HR matters
