Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service and/or call center preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in using email and phone systems to communicate with customers
