Swoon is seeking a People Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the people team’s tech stack. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of people systems, particularly focusing on Workday and other related applications.

Responsibilities

System Administration: Manage and maintain people systems including Workday
User Onboarding and Support: Provide technical support to the people team, resolving system issues and user queries
Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect people data and systems. Build and manage proper segregation of duties structure for the team
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between various people systems and other enterprise applications
Updates and Upgrades: Plan and execute system updates and upgrades, minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility
Monitoring and Performance: Continuously monitor system performance and make improvements as needed
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Vendor Management: Collaborate with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues and plan for future enhancements
Project Management: Participate in projects related to people systems, ensuring timely and successful completion

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems administration, preferably with a focus on people-related systems
Proven experience with Workday
Strong knowledge of HR information systems
Proficient in tier-1 support
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding of security principles and practices and proper segregation of duties
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
