Responsibilities

Mature internal manufacturing processes from R&D to low volume production readiness
Improve production line through equipment, process, documentation, and training
Hands-on assembly and troubleshooting of manufacturing line excursions
Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure system compatibility
Coordinate and perform CAD design and drawing efforts
Coordinate and perform mechanical engineering to manufacture prototypes
Manage inventory, tracking, and delivery of low volume line

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering; Computer Science; Physics; or a related field
Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting: use of multimeters and oscilloscopes
1+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting low volume manufacturing lines
Experience designing, building, and implementing, and validating assembly fixturing and processes
Experience creating work instructions routers

Preferred

Experience designing and improving yield on low volume manufacturing processes
Demonstrated ability to iterate and validate changes quickly
Demonstrated hands-on manufacturing experience in mechanical assembly, adhesive bonding, electrical assembly
Root cause analysis (RCA) and failure analysis experience
