Responsibilities
Perform finished product sampling duties and testing as described in the Standard Operating Procedures
Reports quality related problems to the Production Supervisor, QA Lab Lead, and QA Manager, as appropriate
Analyze data and trend situations
Properly record out-of-grade situations
Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation of test results
Communicate with QA Lab Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure all specifications are controlled
Must work safely at all times
Must behave in a professional manner at all times and comply with all Company policies and procedures
Perform other functions as directed by the QA Lab Lead, or QA Manager
Must maintain a good attendance record
Qualification
Required
Must be able to communicate using a 2-way radio
Must be able to read specifications and Standard Operating Procedures in English
Must be able to complete Quality Assurance paperwork in the time required
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using a calculator
Must be able to calculate mathematical averages and percentages using a calculator
Must know or have the ability to learn internal computer programs for the QA Lab
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to lift up to 40 Ibs
Must be able to climb stairs and ladder
Must be able to meet sensory demands of tasting, smelling, feeling, and seeing
Must work safely at all times
Must behave in a professional manner at all times and comply with all Company policies and procedures
Must maintain a good attendance record
