Responsibilities
Provide supportive pre-sales technical expertise to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process
Offer thoughtful technical input for bid proposals, project work, and documentation, while helping identify opportunities to expand value for existing customers
Install and demonstrate products and equipment at customer facilities in a clear, customer-friendly way
Collaborate closely with the sales team to recommend products and services that meet customer needs
Stay current on company technologies as well as competitor offerings to support informed conversations
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED (Related Bachelor's degree preferred)
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
A supportive, team-centered mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
Interest in working closely with process owners in manufacturing environments
Comfort with hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and helping customers achieve successful outcomes
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to clarity, safety, and follow-through
Curiosity and willingness to learn about industrial water treatment systems, chemical programs, and plant operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization, consistency, and care
