They are seeking a Program Coordinator I / Outreach Coordinator for the Suicide Prevention Program (SPP) to engage organizations and individuals in suicide prevention efforts and support various initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide SPP specific trainings, as well as other suicide prevention trainings, and resources across the state. Provide community outreach in assigned areas of coverage. Work closely with the mental health centers and organizations to assist with supporting their Zero Suicide Framework, will attend monthly and quarterly suicide prevention related meetings
Track outcomes and submit reports of program activities, trainings, meetings and outreach efforts. The outcome measures will be reviewed and utilized to see where outreach is needed across the area of coverage
Provide support for the interactive mental health screener Hope.ConnectsYou.Org. This would include responding to new questionnaires, dialogs, and updates on the platform
Support outreach efforts through social media and will provide at least one social media post that aligns with the agency's mission, with a specific focus on suicide prevention and resources for the community
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and relevant program experience
Preferred
Knowledge in suicide prevention and knowledge in trainings related to suicide prevention
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus
