Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive cost estimates for utilities, excavation, grading, and related civil scopes
Prepare bids, budgets, and detailed material takeoffs
Oversee project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and day‑to‑day field operations
Track progress while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications
Support planning and implementation of excavation, trenching, and utility installation efforts
Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders and ensure accurate documentation

Required

Solid experience in heavy civil construction, with particular emphasis on earthwork, excavation, and underground utility systems

Ability to coordinate multiple stages of site‑related construction work

Ability to manage both early‑stage estimating and ongoing project execution
Familiarity with equipment, production rates, and construction methods common to site development projects
