Senior Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of work requiring high skill levels and abilities, including but not limited to:
Electricity and electronics
Sheet metal work and welding
Mechanics and machine shop work
Hydraulics and plumbing
Painting and ventilation work
Carpentry and plastering
Concrete and masonry work
Ceiling installation and floor installation
Qualification
Required
Must have successfully completed at least two formal specialized, related training courses
National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State County City Trade License Authority
4 years of experience in equipment inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of required systems and equipment
Preferred
Solid background in the use of common and sophisticated tools and systems
