Responsibilities

Advance Synechron’s profile and credibility within the AWS, GCP, and Azure ecosystems at a global level
Own and execute the global hyperscaler partnership strategy, aligned to Synechron’s growth and industry priorities
Mature existing platform relationships from tactical alliances to strategic, revenue-generating partnerships
Drive growth of Synechron’s cloud services business through hyperscaler channels, co-sell motions, and joint offerings
Identify, develop, and scale joint solutions and industry-specific use cases, with a strong focus on BFSI
Partner with global sales and account leaders to embed hyperscaler plays into account strategies and pipeline development
Collaborate with hyperscaler partner teams to enhance Synechron’s visibility, certifications, and partner status
Position Synechron as a trusted and differentiated partner within hyperscaler ecosystems, particularly for financial services clients
Support joint marketing, thought leadership, and ecosystem events to strengthen brand presence
Build, lead, and manage a globally distributed partnerships team
Foster collaboration across regions, sales, delivery, and industry practices
Establish governance, metrics, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and outcomes

Required

15–20 years of relevant experience in partnerships, alliances, cloud platforms, or technology services
Proven track record of building and scaling hyperscaler partnerships and driving measurable channel revenue
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and partner ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across hyperscalers and internal leadership teams
Global mindset with experience operating across regions and cultures
Strategic, commercially minded leader with strong execution capability
Deep relationship builder with hyperscaler and ecosystem partners
Collaborative leader with experience managing global teams
Strong communicator with executive presence

Preferred

Experience working with or selling into the BFSI industry is a strong plus
