Office Manager
AdamsPlace is looking for an Office Manager to join their team at NHC HomeCare Vero Beach. The Office Manager coordinates and supervises general clerical, payroll, and billing operations of the homecare office, ensuring effective day-to-day clerical processes under the direction of the agency Administrator or Director of Services.

Responsible for the effective day-to-day HomeCare agency clerical processes, under the direction of the agency Administrator or Director of Services
Supervising, recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, developing, and disciplining clerical staff
Maintenance of confidential personnel files for all staff
Serving as the location’s benefits expert
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Minimum of 1-year experience in computer data entry, accounting, related field, or general office work in a home health or related setting
Preferred
Additional business and computer courses/college degree desirable
Supervisory experience preferred
