In this role, you will partner with Project Managers and leadership to ensure accurate project setup, financial tracking, and compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities
Manage information required for project setup and follow up to ensure completeness and accuracy
Assist in month-end and fiscal year-end processes
Support Project Managers with financial data interpretation and reporting in BST
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of invoices
Maintain all contractual and financial files from project initiation to archiving
Support system upgrades and process improvements in project accounting
Prepare specialized reports and documentation as requested
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project accounting, billing, or financial administration within a professional services environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF tools
Basic understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
