Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations and execution; review rhythm of the business and recommend process improvements
Contribute to the execution of business plans during periods of change or special circumstances
Follow strategy execution best practices and contribute to the management of corporate strategy initiatives across functions by driving accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across groups
Support the annual budget process under the direction of others
Build trust, encourage collaboration, and enable fact-based decision-making for leaders through the sharing of timely, accurate, and relevant information
Drive team culture and health by getting a pulse on organizational health and leading culture initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion, hiring, and onboarding while partnering with Human Resources
Contribute to projects as needed to meet the changing business environment
Execute internal communications strategy and programs
Qualification
Required
8 overall years of experience in the field
Minimum 8 years of experience with Rhythm of Business support
Minimum 8 years of experience with reviewing data in Excel and PowerBI, preferably with financial experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in business management working directly with stakeholders
Experience in consulting business or professional services, or supporting IT companies and functions
Experience as a vendor is a plus
Financial experience
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills with high-level stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills
Strong background in business management, program coordination, or operations within a regional or global context
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple business rhythms and drive process improvements
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity; capable of strategic thinking and consultative engagement
