Responsibilities

Support the development of architectural designs from concept through construction
Assist in space planning and programming for a variety of interior and renovation projects
Prepare design documents, presentations, and technical drawings
Contribute to interior renovation projects, including material selection, detailing, and coordination with consultants
Participate in project management activities, such as scheduling, documentation, and communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
Conduct field verification, site observations, and assist with construction administration tasks
Collaborate with senior architects, facility planners, and project teams to ensure design quality and adherence to project goals

Qualification

Required

Architectural license preferred but not required; candidates on the licensure track are encouraged to apply
Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Approximately three years of professional architectural experience, ideally including exposure to space planning, interior renovation, and project coordination

Preferred

Experience working within an institution of higher education or comparable institutional environment is preferred, though not required
