Responsibilities
Perform laboratory experiments under the guidance of a project leader or senior scientist
Conduct in vitro studies using 2D cell cultures, 3D reconstructed skin models, and ex vivo human skin
Perform micro-dissection of human skin biopsies
Execute immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence, PCR, and biological assays
Run multiplex ELISA and general ELISA assays
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical teams and formulators to design and execute experiments
Manage, analyze, summarize, and upload high-quality data to internal databases in a timely manner
Support laboratory operations including ordering, organizing, and inventory management
Prepare and maintain SOPs and working practices
Qualification
Required
MS degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience
Strong experience culturing human keratinocytes and fibroblasts
Excellent tissue culture and sterile techniques; experience handling human tissue samples is a plus
At least 2 years of experience with immunofluorescence, IHC, and PCR methods
Ability to design antibody panels for multi-color flow cytometry
Experience with microscopy imaging techniques
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
Preferred
Understanding of skin biology and skin appendage morphology preferred
Knowledge of skin wound healing biology and next-generation sequencing (NGS) is a plus
