3+ years expShadow Systems is seeking an experienced Netsuite Systems Administrator with deep expertise in NetSuite and a strong background in supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and optimizing the NetSuite system, providing hands-on technical support, and serving as the primary IT point of contact for the organization.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day administration of NetSuite (roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports)
Partner with Finance and Operations to improve processes and system usage
Manage integrations, data imports/exports, Sandbox testing and basic troubleshooting
Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
Coordinate with external consultants as needed
Document system configurations and internal procedures
Provide internal IT support for users (hardware, software, access, basic networking)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security across core systems
Support SaaS tools and integrations connected to NetSuite
Serve as first point of contact for internal systems issues
Maintain basic IT policies, documentation, and vendor relationships
Serve as the primary liaison for all IT-related communications and projects involving third-party support
Coordinate with external vendors to address system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Identify opportunities for technological enhancements and process improvements within the IT and manufacturing environments
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to NetSuite and manufacturing IT
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
Strong understanding of accounting and business operations
Experience supporting finance teams (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
Comfortable working directly with executives and department heads
Practical problem-solver who can translate business needs into system solutions
Experience with integrations, workflows, and saved searches
Familiarity with general IT support and business systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware devices such as printers, tablets, and related equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
NetSuite Administrator or ERP certification
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Project management experience
Bachelor's
