Responsibilities

Proactively research industries and decision makers to uncover new opportunities
Build strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
Engage prospective and current clients through consistent outreach
Collaborate with sales team members to develop tailored strategies
Respond quickly to customer inquiries
Convert inbound prospect calls
Communicate HazTek’s services, pricing, and value
Qualify leads and set appointments
Follow up on promotions and initiatives
Log customer information in CRM
Prepare proposals
Stay informed on industry developments
Support tradeshow efforts
Support broader sales goals

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years customer-facing experience
3+ years sales experience
Experience with prospecting, appointment setting, CRM systems, and sales techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to qualify opportunities and build rapport
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Strong multitasking and organization
Positive, enthusiastic demeanor
Works independently and as part of a team
Availability Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, occasional after-hours needs

MUST LIVE IN ASHBURN, VA AREA
Indoor work environment
Ability to sit for extended periods
