Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our talented professionals
Work alongside industry professionals
Develop key HR skills
Contribute to meaningful projects
Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
Work on projects related to HRIS, reporting, file management, leave management, benefits, policies, talent acquisition, and more
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
