Responsibilities

Define, own, and drive the planning, execution and governance for large-scale, complex, ambiguous programs critical to gUP

Lead the execution and delivery of a portfolio of complex, interconnected programs, from conceptualization through landing, ensuring impactful and timely outcomes across User Voice initiatives

Influence and align product leadership and key stakeholders across gUP and partner organizations on program vision, priorities, resource allocation

Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to establish systems to identify improvements and drive future improved business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics

Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the User Voice portfolio. Communicate progress and results to leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in program or project management

Experience with user feedback

Experience with user experience process improvement

Preferred

10 years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and driving organizational improvements

Experience influencing and aligning senior leadership and stakeholders

Familiarity with project/portfolio management tools and processes
