$20/hr - $20/hrTexas Ale Project is a downtown Dallas brewery seeking 3–4 part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent the brewery at various events. The role involves engaging customers, promoting the brewery, and conducting sampling events at grocery stores, bars, and festivals.

Responsibilities
Complete 4–6 sampling events per month at grocery stores, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and festivals
Engage customers, offer samples, and help them decide to buy
At stores, ensure our beer is easy to find by checking visibility and shelf placement and improving placement when appropriate
At bars and restaurants, represent the brewery at pint nights and tasting events
Hand out Tap Room discount cards or tokens to at least 10 people per week to encourage visits to our downtown brewery
Promote the brewery on personal social media, even when not sampling
Help extend the reach of the brand beyond any single event
Set up a clean, organized sampling station at each event
Purchase beer at the venue for sampling (reimbursed by the brewery)
Bring sampling cups
Set up beer, cups, banner/table cloth, and giveaways
Check that store shelves are stocked as expected
Improve product visibility with store management approval when needed
Training will be provided
Qualification
Required
21 years of age or older
Legally able to drink alcohol
Must be a beer drinker
Enjoys beer and is comfortable tasting and talking about it
High-energy and outgoing
A self-starter who takes initiative
Reliable and communicative once scheduled
Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
Naturally engaged (this is not a 'sit on your phone' role)
Organized enough to manage a part-time schedule independently
