Responsibilities
Respond to general to moderately complex inbound calls from members and providers
Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, timely responses
Use automated phone systems to answer and route calls appropriately
Make outbound calls when directed or as needed for follow‐up
Research inquiries and respond in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Record detailed call notes using a CRM ticketing system
Resolve customer requests and document outcomes clearly and accurately
Use standard call‐center tools: telephone systems, email, web browsers
Assist callers in completing online applications
Report issues through an online reporting process
Maintain updated knowledge of program rules, policies, and regulations
Adhere to assigned schedules and attendance expectations
Maintain strict compliance with all privacy and confidentiality guidelines
Complete all required training
Collaborate with leadership and escalate calls when appropriate
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 1 year of customer service experience (required)
Reliable internet connection: Minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload (speed test required)
Experience with computer software, CRM tools, and phone systems
Familiarity with help desk software
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
