Responsibilities
Lead the technical execution for Purple team in Lehi, Utah
Be a hands-on, seasoned contributor in Unity C#
Partner with stakeholders across teams and departments
Scope, track, and guide the team’s progress
Champion quality, especially with shared code
Oversee tools, utilities, and pipelines for production, design, and art
Embrace using AI to achieve 'more, better, faster'

Qualification
Required
B.S. in a relevant field (or equivalent studio experience)
Expertise in Unity C# (or comparable engine/language)
8+ years of professional game dev (with shipped titles)
Team-oriented (you listen, support, and collaborate)
Pragmatic judgment (balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability)
A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning
Passion for evergreen games that reach tens of millions
