Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions
Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability
Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
Design and deliver comprehensive new employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth onboarding
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends in employee departures
Process and document all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
Lead and mentor junior team members in recruitment and HR administration best practices
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and organizational goals
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 -10 years of progressive experience in recruiting
Expert knowledge of recruitment methodologies and talent acquisition strategies
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
Advanced decision-making abilities based on comprehensive evaluation criteria
Leadership and team management competencies
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
