Responsibilities

Updating safety training content
Building role- and task-based training matrices
Identifying gaps in current training
Working closely with Health, Safety & Environment, Learning & Development, IT, and subject matter experts to ensure safety training is accurate, compliant, and ready for system automation
Delivering clean, audit-ready documentation
Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Working independently and staying organized

Required

High school diploma or associate degree with 5+ years of related experience
Hands-on experience in Health, Safety & Environment or Environmental roles
Experience working in manufacturing, pilot plant, or laboratory settings
Experience updating or managing safety training content
Understanding of hazard-based safety training and risk prioritization
Experience building or maintaining training matrices or training records
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
