Mid LevelPedikidz of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents under Florida Medicaid. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to RBTs.

Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments
Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs in accordance with BACB & Medicaid requirements
Monitor client progress using data and adjust programs as needed
Parent training and caregiver collaboration
Complete all documentation required by Florida Medicaid and funding sources
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Experience with Florida Medicaid ABA services
Strong knowledge of Medicaid documentation & compliance standards
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with Office Puzzle
