Responsibilities
Own inbound and inventory activities, including cycle counts, receiving, and order and inventory control
Manage KPI performance and develop labor and capacity plans based on immediate and future business needs
Develop productivity improvements, space optimization, and overall process improvement
Develop standard operating procedures for areas of oversight
Maintain a strong customer focus and adhere to capital and operating budgets
Manage and develop a dynamic team of junior leaders, warehouse staff, and temporary and seasonal associates
Lead and drive a high performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets, holding direct reports accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or related field
5-8 years proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve systems and processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action
Experience supporting rapid growth, change, or operational scale
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification
