Supervisor, Service Contracts and Inside Sales Support

The Supervisor, Service Contracts and Inside Sales Support will lead a team responsible for service agreement quoting, inside sales processes, and continuous operational improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a contract inside sales team, ensuring goals for renewals, new contracts, profitability, and on‑time quote delivery are met
Strengthen and optimize the service contract quoting process and drive improvements using lean principles
Partner with strategic accounts, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to support growth initiatives and operational excellence
Review and refine contract terms and pricing to ensure compliance and accuracy
Train and develop new and current team members, fostering an engaging, collaborative, and high‑performance work environment
Generate and manage quotes for billable service or parts, conduct customer follow‑up, and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with service support and customer operations teams on contract activation, reporting accuracy, and monthly alignment meetings
Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and retention

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree in Business or related field required OR 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years of business experience, including inside sales or service support experience
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience required
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Ability to coach and develop talent, solve problems quickly, and make data‑guided decisions
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to delivering excellent customer and team support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies preferred
