Responsibilities

Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies
Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts
Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning
Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions
Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits
Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested

Qualification

Accounts Receivable experienceAnalytical skillsMicrosoft ExcelERP/MRP systemsGovernment contract accountingISO standards familiarityAS9100 standards familiarityBachelor’s degree in AccountingBachelor’s degree in FinanceProblem-solving skills

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Preferred

Knowledge of government contract accounting and FAR clauses
Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards
