Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to own and scale the company’s sales function, responsible for generating new business and managing the full sales lifecycle while developing sales processes for predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the full sales lifecycle, personally generating and closing new business while expanding revenue within existing accounts
Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to support annual and quarterly revenue targets
Consistently meet or exceed defined annual and quarterly sales goals through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and closing
Develop strong, consultative relationships with key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within customer organizations and build relationships at multiple levels
Build, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, CRM usage, and forecasting
Ensure accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting to provide leadership with clear, actionable visibility
Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, high customer satisfaction, and long-term account success
Serve as a senior sales leader and trusted advisor while supporting the onboarding, mentoring, and development of sales team members as the organization scales
Support growth within aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries by navigating compliance-driven sales cycles and complex buying environments

Required

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, including new business development
Demonstrated success generating new leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Must be a resident of Texas (required)

Preferred

English/Spanish bilingual (a plus)
