In this role, you will oversee marketing development funds and go to market strategies for Microsoft investments, driving profitability and long-term success for the company.

Responsibilities

Develop forward‑looking plans that guide how Pax8 uses Microsoft funds

Manage the full lifecycle of Microsoft incentive funding: planning, execution, reporting, and claims

Break out funding into “perform” and “transform” investments to balance short‑term performance with long‑term growth

Co‑create and execute comprehensive go to market strategies for Microsoft alongside internal stakeholders

Align campaigns and initiatives with both Pax8 priorities and regional and global Microsoft strategies

Check in regularly with regional teams to understand how they are using cooperative funds

Ensure plans are executed as agreed and strong proof of execution is gathered and submitted

Build trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, go to market teams, and regional Microsoft leaders

Analyze the performance of incentive and rebate programs and other Microsoft investments

Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to continuously improve return on investment and profitability

Required

At least seven years of experience in a go to market or marketing development fund role, ideally in the technology industry

Strong understanding of Microsoft go to market and marketing development fund programs

Proven experience managing complex investment portfolios or funding programs, especially with major technology partners

A strategic planner with a forward-thinking mindset

Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can explain complex funding topics in a clear, engaging way

Strong process management and attention to detail, especially when working with reporting and proof of execution

Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across regions

Analytical and curious, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action

Willing and able to learn new investment models and approaches as the landscape evolves

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
