They are seeking a highly motivated intern for a full-time 8-week summer internship in Industrial Controls/Automation, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in optimizing complex industrial systems and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the value that industrial automation provides to the manufacturing process
Work closely with the Controls & Automation team on projects/tasks
Gain experience and insight into:
Controls Technician responsibilities
Project program structure, activities, and tracking tools
Network standards
PLC infrastructure and support field devices
Higher-level supervisory/visualization platform
Controls development projects
Identify, develop, and support continuous improvement opportunities
Update and develop departmental SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Assist with WOW projects and identifying quick wins
Provide general administrative support to the automation team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial Automation, Engineering, or related
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
