Entry, Mid LevelUpdike Distribution Logistics, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks, trailers, and diesel engines. The role includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing various vehicle components to ensure they are in proper operating condition.

Responsibilities
Inspect, identify, diagnose, & repair/replace truck repairs
Inspect, identify, diagnose, & repair/replace trailer repairs
Perform annual inspections/service including lubing truck and trailer chassis components, changing fuel and oil filters, replacing engine oil, and performing coolant flushes
Replace tire and rim off trucks, mount and dismount tires from steel and aluminum rims
Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle repair requirements
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Other duties may be assigned by Shop Manager
Qualification
Required
Level 2 Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing trucks, trailers and diesel engines, suspension and electrical systems
Will be able to Inspect, identify, diagnose, & repair/replace the following items, unsupervised
Truck Repairs
Lighting/Electrical, batteries, brakes (including air system), steering components, suspension, wheel ends and hubs (including seals), fifth wheel components, drive train and all other vital parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition
Trailer Repairs
Lighting/Electrical, brakes (including air system), wheel ends and hubs (including seals), doors, & all door components, roof, roof bows flooring all chassis components and abs systems
Annual Inspections/Service, to include lubing truck and trailer chassis components, changing fuel and oil filters
Replacing engine oil with new and performing coolant flushes
Tires, to include replace tire and rim off trucks
Mount and dismounts tires from steel and aluminum rims
Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle repair requirements
Will maintain a clean and organized working environment
