CSW Industrials Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth of their Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) product lines. The role involves building relationships with HVAC distributors and contractors, delivering training, and collaborating with sales teams to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular sales calls to HVAC distributors and contractors to promote IAQ products and solutions
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to educate partners on IAQ technologies, installation best practices, and sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales teams and contractor networks
Collaborate with regional sales managers to identify growth opportunities and execute targeted sales initiatives
Attend industry trade shows, distributor events, and contractor meetings to represent the brand and drive awareness
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on field insights and customer needs
Track and report on sales activities, training outcomes, and market trends
Role requires 50% travel

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in HVAC, IAQ, or related technical sales roles
Ability to travel regionally/nationally as needed (approximately 50%)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Reside in the Continental US
Strong understanding of two-step distribution and contractor engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a passion for educating and empowering others
