LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Clarkston, MI to hire an Account Service Specialist. This role focuses on supporting client accounts, monitoring inventory programs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring total client satisfaction by proactively managing communication, needs, and expectations

Support assigned client accounts with daily service activities and operational follow-through

Manage custom stock, blanket PO’s, and consignment inventory programs to minimize risks of stock-outs and aged inventory

Oversee and improve freight consolidation efforts for customer sales orders; collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for freight-cost reductions

Issue proper documentation for Returns, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos in a timely and accurate manner

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, support order flow, and uphold customer satisfaction standards
