Responsibilities
Handling databases and verifying billed revenue
Answering calls to assist and support internal and external customers with billing, online bill pay support, and invoicing
Responding to emails and voicemails regarding billing and online bill pay
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or minimum of 3 year experience in billing and customer service with a large company
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Experienced with handling a variety of billing cycles
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to work evening hours minimum 3 days of each month (required)
Preferred
Experience with RouteManager (RMO)
Experience with SQL Report Studio
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and contacts with internal and external customers and candidates in a calm and professional manner
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
