Responsibilities
Advise corporate clients and private equity sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of transaction-related documents
Provide general corporate counsel and support ongoing governance matters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain direct client interaction
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience practicing corporate law with a strong emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions
Deep understanding of corporate and transactional law, as well as current market practices and trends
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with substantial experience in preparing core transaction documents
Bar Admission: California State Bar required
Preferred
Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm is preferred
