Responsibilities
Representing and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate, accountings, and all other manner of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation
Working closely with attorneys and paralegals on uncontested probate, administration, and accountings
If interested, an opportunity to work on estate planning and drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
Qualification
Required
Minimum of six years' experience in trusts and estates or commercial litigation, with a decided interest in fiduciary litigation
Desire to learn from others and develop trusts and estates litigation, negotiation, and administration knowledge and skills
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
