Responsibilities

Independently manage office expense reconciliation reports, invoice submissions, and administrative workflows that support daily office operations
Provide consistent support to the operations of a multi-office, professional services environment
Experience planning and executing office events
Support legal administrative functions, including assisting with conflict check requests and new business intake documentation
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage incoming deliveries, and support new hire onboarding
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Required

College degree and minimum of 2 years' secretarial or administrative experience in a related environment is required; 3 years' legal experience is preferred
Intermediate-advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
Experience using Chrome River, Concur, InTapp, and iManage helpful
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience independently managing administrative processes, deadlines, and competing priorities
Proven ability to support C-Level, senior professionals, or office/department leadership with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
