Responsibilities
Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email follow-up, and community outreach
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
Conduct follow-up interactions to move prospects toward quoting and closing
Present insurance solutions confidently using a needs-based sales approach
Track daily activity and report progress toward acquisition goals
Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies
Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting
Sales-first mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort initiating contact and handling outbound sales activity
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
Preferred
Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred
