Supporting Loan Officers in the mortgage process

Preparing and organizing loan documentation
Ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
Assisting clients with inquiries
Coordinating with underwriting teams
Maintaining efficient workflow to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience in supporting Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
In office work, no remote position available
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Understanding of Underwriting processes and compliance requirements
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with mortgage software platforms and basic computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is preferred
NMLS license not required but helpful for fast pace transition into Loan Officer role
