Responsibilities
Foster team growth through servant leadership, creating an environment where all team members thrive
Support the team in adopting, teaching, and continuously improving Scrum practices
Guide the team through engaging retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Be a collaborative team member; the Scrum Master does not manage the team
Support a hybrid team, ensuring an inclusive environment for all members regardless of location
Collaborate with the team to enhance dynamics and culture continuously
Facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments hindering team goals
Encourage team decision-making within the team, not externally
Undertake additional assigned duties as requested
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in a related role
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to document defects, write test cases and collaborate with developers and other team members
Demonstrated ability to facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to team improvement
Ability to adapt to changes in company, department, and process, embracing a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and practices
Effective communication skills and the ability to provide and receive feedback constructively
Candidates may be requested to complete position specific skills assessments
Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S
Requires the ability to satisfactorily complete a background check
Preferred
PSM or CSM a plus but not required
Experience with version control systems like Git
Benefits
Monthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company’s monthly revenue result and are paid on a “percent to plan” payout formula (90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200).
Monthly phone stipend in accordance with the Company’s cell phone policy, currently $120/month.
Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month following start date.
401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
Fully paid Short-Term Disability provided by the Company.
Personal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year. May vary to comply with state requirements.
Eligible to participate in the Company Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) after 90 days of employment, with enrollment opportunities each May and November.
