Responsibilities
Set up and operate automated test equipment for optical modules and components
Execute detailed test procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
Work closely with test engineering teams to communicate findings and troubleshoot issues
Follow documented procedures and specifications with strong attention to detail
Accurately log data and complete real‑time reporting tasks
Inspect microelectronic components under a microscope to identify damage or defects
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient lab environment with a proactive mindset
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (Emails and data entry)
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail for inspecting microelectronic and optical components and modules
Preferred
Experience with automated testing equipment
Familiarity with testing processes and quality standards
Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members
Problem-solving skills for minor troubleshooting of test tools
