Enterprise Account Manager/ Account Director/ Strategic Account Manager/ Account Executive
Flexton Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to support LinkedIn’s Academic & Government vertical. The role focuses on managing an existing book of business, handling renewals, contract negotiations, and driving revenue continuity across mid-cycle accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage ~20–60+ existing accounts depending on coverage needs
Own the later stages of the sales cycle: renewal strategy, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
Drive renewal revenue, upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion (including multi‑year agreements)
Support two product lines: Hiring & Recruitment solutions and Learning & Development tools
Operate independently without reliance on solution engineers
Qualification
Required
Experience with CRM tools
Comfortable managing renewals, forecasting, and KPIs
Able to manage full‑cycle account management end‑to‑end
Adaptability in a fast‑changing environment
Resourceful, proactive, and self‑directed
Strong process orientation and organizational skills
Excellent listening and client‑engagement skills
Comfortable diplomatically challenging clients
Initiative and ability to succeed with limited prescriptive direction
Mid‑market to enterprise sales experience
Experience managing larger deal sizes (approx. $25K minimum, up to six figures)
Prior quota ownership (typical annual quota ~$750K–$1M+)
Backgrounds in HR tech, recruiting agencies, or talent solutions can translate well
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required
Subscription‑based / SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
Academic or government client experience is a plus, not required
AI‑related sales exposure (e.g., LinkedIn Hiring Assistant) is a nice‑to‑have
