Google is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a team focused on supporting educational institutions with Google technology. The role involves building education-focused products and driving transformation in the sector through innovative solutions and strategic direction.

Responsibilities
Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of product managers
Conceptualize and deliver on the strategic direction and product roadmap for education efforts
Shape go-to-market, growth, and commercialization strategy for Google products in the education sector
Drive company-wide efforts around trust, safety, and compliance requirements for the education user base
Push the envelope on how technology can help people learn by pioneering new tech-enabled learning. Partner across Google to ensure we deliver high quality and impactful experiences to education users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products
Preferred
Experience leading large teams and driving organizational design, career development, operations, and culture
Experience or passion for building socially impactful products and driving change in learning and education
Experience navigating complex issues with senior stakeholders
Strong product sense with an ability to deal with product ambiguity
Excellent managerial and operational skills
