InternLucchese Bootmaker is a heritage-driven luxury brand known for its handcrafting of fine boots and leather goods. They are seeking a motivated Brand Operations Intern to support the Brand Operations team with project coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables for cross-functional brand projects
Help prepare project trackers, status updates, and meeting notes to ensure teams remain aligned and meet deadlines
Support in coordinating with marketing, creative, e-commerce, product development, and retail teams
Participate in process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency
Support the successful execution of promotional campaigns and product launches
Gather insights on workflow tools, systems, and best practices for project management in consumer brands
Assist with reporting and post-product launch analysis to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Operations, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (ie Airtable) is a plus
