Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing the IT asset database, validating hardware inventories across multiple locations, and ensuring accuracy of all asset records within ServiceNow
Review and refine existing asset management processes and procedures, research new device models and part standards, and generate scheduled reporting to support compliance, audits, and executive oversight
Track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with IT field teams and end users, and supporting the implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules
Qualification
Required
Support ongoing IT Asset Management operations
Assist in analyzing the IT asset database
Validate hardware inventories across multiple locations
Ensure accuracy of all asset records within ServiceNow
Review and refine existing asset management processes and procedures
Research new device models and part standards
Generate scheduled reporting to support compliance, audits, and executive oversight
Track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate with IT field teams and end users
Support the implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules
Strong attention to detail
Ability to support large-scale deployment and recovery initiatives
Preferred
Experience with enterprise asset tracking
Experience with lifecycle management
Experience with inventory reconciliation
Experience with data analysis
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other asset management platforms
